Aussie Wall is a quick-build, versatile insulated panel. The smooth finish and anti-bacterial paint, make the panels ideal for cool rooms, cold stores, clean rooms.

The Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Core with Fire retardant offers high R-Values for thermal efficiency. As a result, the panels are widely used for cool rooms and cold stores. They are also excellent for reducing noise.
You can choose an insulation core from 50mm thick right up to 200mm thick.
Aussie Wall panels have an effective sheet coverage of 1200mm when joined together.
The panels lock together with tongue and grove joins.
The panels are cut to length as they are manufactured.
The minimum length is 1.8m.
The Aussie Wall 0.4 range, comes standard with a smooth profile on both sides and painted Surfmist®. The 0.4mm Bluescope® steel makes it a more economical product, and therefore the more popular option.
The Aussie Wall 0.6 range is more versatile. While it comes standard in a smooth, Surfmist ® finish, it’s also available in a range of Colorbond® colours. The 0.6mm Bluescope® steel sheets are stronger for spanning.
