No wheel arches (e.g. car trailer) or the order will not be loaded.
You need tie downs and protective packaging.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is available from our depots in Sydney’s West. Your order confirmation will include the collection address.
A flatbed truck or trailer should be used with appropriate tie-downs and packing to protect the panels.
Photos of the order will be taken as it is loaded. Transport of the goods is then the customers responsibility.
What if a truck has trouble accessing my site?
Let us know straight away if a crane truck is going to have trouble entering or dropping off at your site. We can then consult with the drivers about the best place to drop the order.
If site access is restricted, the driver will have to make a choice: drop the order where he thinks best or take the order back to the warehouse.
That will incur charges for re-delivery.
