Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders can be collected from Narangba on Brisbane’s northside.
A flatbed truck or trailer is required and you should also bring appropriate tie-downs and packing to protect the panels.
Photos of the order will be taken as it is loaded. Transport of the goods is then the customers responsibility.

Do you deliver Cool Panels up to Cairns or down to Sydney?
We deliver direct to Sydney and most areas of NSW (See Delivery NSW).
For deliveries between Yeppoon and Cairns, and other areas of Far North Queensland, you will need to use your own freight company.
We recommend Ray Clark Transport.
Call Ray Clarke (M) 0409 223 170 for a separate delivery quote.
What if a truck has trouble accessing my site?
Let us know straight away if a crane truck is going to have trouble entering or dropping off at your site. We can then consult with the drivers about the best place to drop the order.
If site access is restricted, the driver will have to make a choice: drop the order where he thinks best or take the order back to the warehouse.
That will incur charges for re-delivery.
