Engineered Frames

AUSSIE PANELS posts and beams come together to form a strong, sleek frame for your new roof.

The frames are specifically engineered to use with Aussie’s insulated TRIM & CORRO panels.

They suit many patio and carport configurations and can be attached to your home in several different ways.

The frames are the perfect base for our wonderful, wide spans.

BEAMS

3 different sizes of Aussie Beams — Beams – Lightweight and robust, they have been purposely designed
to provide superior spanning capabilities in
outdoor structures.100mm, 150mm, 200mm.

Aussie end caps — End Caps – Structural beam end caps are used to cap the ends of beams. They can also be used to join beams at 90 degrees to each other or fix beams to brick, block or concrete
walls in certain applications.

BRACKETS

Aussie Fascia Hanging Bracket — Fascia Hanging Bracket – A 300mm long structural beam end cap. These brackets are used to suspend a beam below the house fascia.

Box Gutter Bracket — Box Gutter Bracket – Bolted to the house
rafter and penetrates the fascia through the
gutter of the existing house to support
a beam in front of the house gutter. This bracket allows the
water from the patio roof to fall into either a
customer box gutter or existing house gutter.

Tunnel Bracket — Tunnel Bracket – Similar to a box gutter bracket.
The difference is it allows the beam to sit slightly
lower than the base of the existing house gutter.

Beam to Wall Bracket — Beam to Wall Bracket – Used to fix a beam to a brick
wall. Available in 450mm, 900mm and
1800mm long.

POSTS

Aussie posts — Posts – Aluminium and RHS steel. Both come in various colours and sizes to maximise visual impact and
structural strength on outdoor structures.

Aussie Base Plates — Base Plates – Used to attach the post to the concrete slab. 4 hole base plates are welded to the post. 2 hole Base Plates are bolted to the post.

Aussie Internal Post Bracket — Internal Post brackets – Also used to attach the post to concrete slab. Sits inside the post.

FLYOVER BRACKETS

Flyover Bracket — Flyover Bracket – Elevates patio roofs above the existing house roofline, offering improved airflow, modern aesthetics, and greater clearance. Engineered to suit both timber and steel frames. Powder coated in you choice of colour.

Roof Extenda Bracket Kit — Extenda Bracket – Elevates patio roofs above the existing house roofline. Like the flyover bracket, it is designed to fix to the
rafter and top plate junction of an existing building
and protrude through a tiled or metal roof. Available
in MKII, S300, S400 & S500.

Fascia Upstand Bracket — Fascia Upstand Bracket – An
alternative to the Roof Extenda Bracket.
Rather than through the roof, it bolts to the rafter through the fascia,
below the gutter of an existing building
